Job Title: International Growth Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Growth Sales Executive to join our team at CDM Contact. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in Europe, working closely with our marketing, business development, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support customers in a single call or email, following a culture of customer obsession and getting it right first time, every time.
  • Develop and manage the sales team in your designated regions, identifying new opportunities and working with marketing to develop business strategies.
  • Provide telephone and email front-line response for your region, serving as the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Find new opportunities in each designated market, including retail shops, rental, and e-commerce opportunities.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of Frog Bikes' products and the Frog trade customer experience.
  • Take and manage orders for your region, covering other regions when required, and solve customer problems efficiently and politely.
  • Support reps with their trade customer relationships, being the link between Head Office and the Reps in your region.
  • Lead and coach the Reps to aid their delivery of objectives, recruiting additional team members where necessary.
  • Gain an understanding of the cycling market in your region and develop relationships with key influencers.
  • Monitor competitor activity in your market and feed it into the relevant team at Head Office.

Requirements:

  • A sales-driven go-getter with good organisational skills, focused on delivering results.
  • A self-starter who can effectively develop a country from the ground up and deal with associated issues in real-time.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other key European language would be advantageous.
  • Good communicator, externally to customers, and internally around the team, with a polite and patient telephone manner.
  • Able to recruit, lead, and coach a remote sales force, managing the sales team to deliver business strategies and targets.
  • Able to pick up systems quickly, including stock management, trade accounts systems, and the telephone system.
  • Fully conversant with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to capture quality information in relevant systems and analyse data to identify trends.
  • Calm and unflappable, able to deal with problems in a positive manner and work in a targeted environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive base salary, negotiable on experience, with opportunity for bonus pay and a benefits package including pension and a health cash plan. Flexible working is available, but you must reside within a commutable distance of our Ascot head office and be able to attend the office circa 3 days per week.
