Product and Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Training Manager to join our client's expanding team in Berkshire. As a key member of the national sales team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of national training programs across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for the Management and Sales team, focusing on professional development and sales strategies.
- Identify training needs and create relevant training information and programs for individuals and departmental needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and development team to design and deliver internal training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to national sales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of new team members, ensuring they transition successfully and apply their learning within the sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales strategies and industry trends, committing to continuous professional development.
- Proven track record in a similar training position, with a strong passion for development and sales.
- Previous experience in a sales and development role, with a focus on coaching and training.
- Results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
- Able to think outside the box and use initiative to drive sales performance improvement.
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + bonus
Location: Berkshire-based HQ, with national offices across the UK and Ireland
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
This is a field-based role requiring a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
