Market Development Lead Opportunity

Capita is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Lead to join our Public Service growth team. This exciting role will involve partnering with one of our most high-profile clients in the public sector to drive growth and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a market engagement and business development strategy to maximise our capabilities in employability, assessment services, fraud and error prevention, and digital transformation.
  • Create core propositions around employability, fraud and error, and assessment services aligned to DWP requirements to maximise our chance of bidding for and winning major programmes.
  • Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders within the client and relevant suppliers and internal Capita stakeholders.
  • Utilise strong business development skills to identify and win business in the UK public sector.
  • Develop excellent communication and networking skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
