About the Role

The HGV Recruitment Centre is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our client, a leading ground engineering firm addressing subsidence issues for long-term land stability and safety.

This role involves a unique blend of driving and on-site operations, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle (left-hand side)
  • Participate in on-site operations, working closely with the ground engineering team to ensure the safe and efficient execution of projects
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the HGV Class 2 vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 license
  • Experience in ground engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
