Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and cultivate strong relationships with potential customers in the UK and EU.
Anstar Ltd, a rapidly expanding start-up in the speciality chemical distribution space, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.
Salary: £55-75k+, plus bonus tied to P&L performance.
Location: Leeds or London (Hybrid, min 1/2 days in office), with travel required across the UK & EU.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry and technical proficiency in this area. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and driving new business and customers.

- Drive business development, pursue new opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with potential customers.
- Develop and nurture a sales team as required and provide effective leadership.
- Visit customers, distributors, and suppliers as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential requirements for the role:
- You are an experienced Sales Manager (5+ years) with a proven track record and technical background in (speciality) chemical industries.
- You have a strong background in Chemistry (or other related sciences) and are technically proficient in this area.
- You are able to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and drive new business and customers.
- You have demonstrated exceptional managerial prowess, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
