As a Sales Account Professional with Technical Prospects Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales outreach. With a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 (Basic) plus OTE £36,000+, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and achieve success in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls to existing customers, maintain strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customers base.
  • Develop strong communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone.
  • Sustain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism.
  • Record accurate details of sales activities and customer interaction on our in-house system databases.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while focusing on maintaining and developing repeat customer business.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in outbound sales and closing deals with a passion for sales.
  • Show a proven track record in sales, business development and account management.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced phone sales environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
