Job Description: Accounts Payables Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Coordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  1. Ensuring coding and approval of invoices is in accordance with company compliance and control policies and procedures.
  2. Managing the payment process for overhead and stock costs.
  3. Maintaining the supplier database accurately.
  4. Reconciling supplier statements to aged creditor reports within the accounting system.
  5. Identifying and resolving queries with internal team or external suppliers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in accounts payable and knowledge of basic accounting principles. The salary for this role is estimated at £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.
