We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary and Clinic Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical team, including coordinating clinics, managing patient records, and communicating with healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient records.
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

**Requirements**

  • Clerical/administrative experience/Secretarial.
  • Understanding of specialist medical terminology.
  • Experience of dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person.
  • Knowledge of NHS policies and/or procedures.
  • Experience of using a Patient Administration System.
