Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Royal Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from inpatients and patients attending outpatient clinics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in various clinical settings
  • Liaise with clinicians, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Perform venepuncture techniques and work independently
  • Conduct reception and telephone duties
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths or equivalent qualification
  • Previous laboratory work experience
  • Ability to work in a healthcare environment
  • Good computer literacy skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, including weekends from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm.
