We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Assistant to join our Large Group (Rig) division. As a key member of our team, you will assist our Oxfordshire-based Rig Photographer in attending schools and colleges to erect staging for whole school group photographs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of staging equipment
  • Drive to and from photographic fixtures, often early in the morning
  • Maintain positive relationships with key contacts, including school administrators and staff
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols, particularly in connection with staging equipment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining booking details and digital documents

About Us:

Tempest Photography (H. Tempest Ltd) is a family-owned business specializing in portrait and group photographs for the Education sector. With a head office and production facility based in Cornwall, we employ over 300 staff members and 300 photographers throughout the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Full training on all aspects of the job, including staging assembly and disassembly

Essential Attributes:

  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Flexibility in working times, including early starts and late finishes
  • Good standard of basic fitness, for erecting and dismantling staging equipment
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS (CRB) check prior to employment
