Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Assistant Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor a large team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
- Run an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to ensure a safe and fun environment for customers
- Support the General Manager in delivering on centre goals and financial targets
- Guarantee that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry
- A 40-hour contract, plus additional pay for any extra shifts you work
- 50% off food when you are working
- One in four weekends off
