Assistant Manager

iQ Student Accommodation is seeking an ambitious and energetic leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our site-based team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents
- Complete administrative tasks, including logging of maintenance requests, filing, and preparing notices, and updating databases
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
- Assist with the management of the team and deputise in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

We're looking for an individual with excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have some management experience, but we're more interested in your potential to grow and develop within our company.
