We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Assistant Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The OpportunityAs an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of staff, running an exceptional operation, and supporting the General Manager in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Run an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers
- Support the General Manager in delivering on centre goals and financial targets
- Guarantee that the centre has the best standards and service in the industry
- Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
- A passion for customer service
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- A willingness to work nights and weekends
