Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Eaton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes, as well as executing the organization's strategic plan. This role will also involve managing budget, leading cross-functional process improvement teams, and collaborating with suppliers to reduce costs and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the introduction, development, and continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes and product structures across the site.
  • Develop and deliver the site manufacturing strategy and related infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Program Management Organizations to minimize product development costs and maximize useful life of products.
  • Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering department, providing a vision and strategy for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping and one-piece flow.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 tools and technologies is desired.
