Job Title: Solution Deployment Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Deployment Team Lead to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Solution Deployment Team, setting clear objectives and allocating tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Engineering teams globally, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and internal customers.
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment within the team.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Willingness to travel.
