Job Summary

As an HR Services Administrator at Lidl, you will play a vital role in managing the HR needs of our staff in your region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing business, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all correspondence with managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and organize the running of New Starter Welcome Events, providing a warm and welcoming experience for new employees.
  • Handle sensitive personnel information with discretion and confidentiality, and take minutes for Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
  • Plan and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing disruptions.
  • Provide efficient support for payroll-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in personnel or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with excellent people skills, a strong telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
  • Confident in using intermediate-level Word and Excel on a PC, and experience managing information on a database.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
