Director of Operations Job Description

At Radisson Hotel Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel, while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the hotel operations team to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and manage the hotel budget.
  • Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Passion for exceptional service and guest satisfaction, with a commitment to understanding and meeting diverse guest needs.
