Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team at CMC Markets. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Operational Risk in developing and enhancing the company's Operational Risk Management policy, framework, systems, and processes across the organisation.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing ICT risk and Business Resilience, ensuring that CMC Markets complies with the requirements of the DORA regulation. You will manage the Incident Management process across assigned areas of the business and act as a risk subject matter expert.

You will also monitor trends in loss data, including near misses, providing appropriate advice to the business on emerging trends and sharing 'lessons learnt' across functions. Additionally, you will manage and facilitate Risk & Control Assessments completed by the business, providing guidance and challenge on the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks faced by the business.

This role requires a strong understanding of operational risk methodologies and the ability to apply them in a value-added way. You should have broad knowledge of regulations affecting risk management, including new DORA regulation. An Operational Risk Management qualification is desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a challenging role, please submit your application.
