Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Place Manager to join our team at 3Search, a pioneering company at the forefront of London's luxury placemaking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing activation initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, tracking footfall, and managing a new destination programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee activation initiatives, including the Estate-wide Christmas Lighting scheme and other high-profile events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, acting as a visible face for the business and managing regular engagement.
  • Track footfall and manage insights to report on consumer behaviour and trends.
  • Develop operational initiatives, working with property and security teams to maintain high standards.
  • Manage a new destination programme, including an events calendar and insight-led activations.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in place or community management, ideally within public or private sector environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit, able to work across diverse teams and engage external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage timelines effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving and proactive thinking to drive engagement and growth.
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally, fostering strong relationships with both stakeholders and visitors.
