We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team at St. James's Place plc. As a leading Wealth Management company, we distribute a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical and administrative support to our clients, while maintaining an excellent level of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Pipeline of Business for the Partner
  • New and transfer business submissions using bespoke software
  • Preparation of ongoing advice reports and ISA suitability reports
  • Creation of individualised Client reports including analysis of investment performance
  • Completion of critical yield calculations
  • Completion of annual allowance / carry forward calculations
  • Using FE Analytics to compare fund performance
  • Client servicing; appointment making, logging of correspondence to Salesforce and keeping CFRs up to date
  • Preparing cases for Paraplanners ensuring collation of all required documentation
  • Tracking cases and monitoring payments & credits
  • Preparing Trust documentation

We are looking for a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a 'can do' working style. Relevant experience in Wealth Management, particularly with St. James's Place, is highly advantageous, but not essential. Excellent IT and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work with discretion and make decisions.
