Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community, including unsupervised delegated nursing duties as defined by the caseload holder.
- Work effectively as a member of the District Nursing team, developing and maintaining effective channels of communication with other professionals and agencies.
- Be proficient and competent in your role, working within your scope of practice as governed by the NMC Code and NMC Standards of Proficiency.
- Provide holistic and person-centered care and support for people in your care.
- Participate in audits and service improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of the Nursing Associate role.
- Supervise and support HCAs, Trainee Nursing Associates, and Pre-registration nurses.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Foundation Degree in health or a related field.
- Evidence of further study or development in a healthcare-related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in the NHS.
- A current driving license.
