About the Role

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to participate in R&D projects and take products through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products using 3D/2D CAD software
  • Conduct design calculations and simulations to ensure product feasibility and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product designs
  • Oversee the production and testing of products to ensure quality and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • HND/C or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
  • 3D CAD skills in Creo, Inventor, or SolidWorks
  • Experience designing machinery and complex industrial equipment
  • Design calculations and hydraulics knowledge (desirable)
