Job Title: Service Leader Level 2

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Leader to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a Service Leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead an engaged and motivated team, driving performance and setting the pace and direction within services. You'll promote a positive and passionate culture, ensuring that services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centered outcomes for every person we support.
  • Drive performance, setting the pace and direction within services, promoting a positive and passionate culture.
  • Take overall responsibility for clinical risk management, ensuring regulatory, professional standards, and legislation associated with social care are followed.
  • Design and regularly review service action, KPIs, and delivery plans in line with Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Work towards team goals and strategic aims by implementing new approaches, processes, and projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting.
  • Upbeat positive manner and genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community.
  • Ability to work with people supported who present behaviors that require intensive support planning and management.
  • Basic IT skills, with training provided as needed.
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Nurse, Social Worker, or SVQ Level 3.
