We are seeking a skilled Statement Taker to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Statement Taker, you will play a crucial role in supporting investigating officers with statement taking and tasks such as seizing and collecting CCTV.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in a busy office environment, supporting investigating officers with statement taking and tasks such as seizing and collecting CCTV.
- Upload digital and documentary evidence to police IT and other partner agency platforms as required to facilitate review of material by investigators.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of statements and evidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to correspondence and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience working in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
