The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Specialist to join our Growth department. This role will involve:
Key Responsibilities- Representing Nadara professionally and establishing strong relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and other stakeholders.
- Delivering land rights and associated matters across the development pipeline.
- Recording discussions with landowners and seeking resolution to any issues that arise.
- Liaising with in-house and external lawyers and accountants to manage land agreements.
- Attending consultations and meetings with stakeholder groups.
- Advising Nadara on land asset management, including responsibilities and obligations.
- Providing expert advice on emerging renewable energy regulations and practices.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical tools for wind, solar, and battery design.
- High level of commercial awareness and onshore wind/solar development expertise.
- Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to persuade and build consensus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and project management tools.
