Senior Business Growth Specialist

As a key member of the NursePlus team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, contributing to the growth of a national healthcare recruitment agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as primary client contact and facilitating effective communication
- Pursuing new business opportunities and managing sales leads
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries promptly
- Preparing applicant profiles for client consideration
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full UK driving license
- A passion for business development
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
