We are seeking an Education and Training Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve developing and delivering training programs for our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in adult education or training. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including local government pension scheme, employee assistance program, and flexible working arrangements.
