Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Aftersales Business Development team as a Service Development Intern. This role will provide an opportunity to support the development of service programs, analyze market intelligence, and contribute to the enhancement of existing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of service programs, including service inclusive and pay monthly offerings.
- Analyze market intelligence to ensure service product offerings are competitive in the UK market.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of existing initiatives, as well as the development of new ideas.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of quarterly marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Basic project management skills and ability to work on individual projects and team initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of elements within a project.
- Basic automotive commercial awareness and knowledge of aftersales and retailer operations.
