Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Aftersales Business Development team as an Aftersales Service Development Intern.

About the Role

This 13-month placement will provide you with the opportunity to support the core programs/marketing initiatives and BAU activities within the Aftersales Business Development team.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of service programs (service inclusive, pay monthly etc) adding value to Customers and the Retailer Network for both BMW and MINI brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of service programs ensuring that our service product offerings are competitive in the UK market.
  • Analyze data to drive customer retention and profitability.
  • Assist in reviewing and enhancing existing initiatives as well as bringing new ideas to market where commercial opportunity exists.
  • Support the planning of quarterly marketing campaigns and implement pilot programs from BMW AG.
Requirements
  • Prioritization and project management skills.
  • Able to work on individual projects and team initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, organized, and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Awareness of automotive commercial awareness, Aftersales, and Retailer knowledge advantageous.
  • Confident in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
