We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a UK Technical Support and Warranty Role. This 13-month placement will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, specifically within the BMW Group UK.

As a member of our Technical Campaigns team, you will be responsible for providing support to Aftersales and our Retailer network. You will work on technical and warranty projects, developing a good understanding of vehicle quality issues and the function and structure of the vehicle supply chain from BMW Group factories through to the end customer.

You will also have the opportunity to support with Retailer HUB publishing of bulletins and documents, utilizing your excellent communication and networking skills to liaise with key stakeholders in Sales, Parts, Customer Service and Aftersales areas of our business.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will be required to have strong relationship building skills and a professional level of customer service.

A competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme make this an exciting opportunity.
