We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Colorectal Pelvic Floor care. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement nurse-led clinics for new and follow-up patients.
- Act as an expert resource for nursing and medical staff, providing advice, support, and education through clinical practice and evidence-based development.
- Liaise closely with relevant departments, the lead clinician, and other services to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Facilitate the planning and delivery of care programs to address patient needs and develop/improve the service.
- Participate in the Multi-Disciplinary Team as a key worker for patients under Colorectal Pelvic Floor care.
- Experience in Colorectal Pelvic Floor care.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload, work under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care.
