NHS Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Specialist to join our Hepatology Team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert nursing care to patients with chronic liver conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing care to patients with chronic liver conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to liver disease management.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in liver disease management.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in liver disease management, preferably in a hospital or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
