Third Nexus Group Limited is seeking a skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Software Engineer while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

Role Overview:
The Lead Solutions Architect will oversee the architectural design and implementation of intricate software systems. This position requires close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, formulate comprehensive product specifications, and ensure seamless system integration while adhering to industry best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of architects and engineers, fostering innovation and maintaining technical excellence.
2. Guide the organization through various transformational delivery solutions, promoting a digital-first approach and enhancing our systems and technology services.
3. Collaborate with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation among various teams.
4. Work alongside Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams to drive decision-making processes that result in precise technical documentation.
5. Document the technical and data architecture for both current and future solutions.
6. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the strategic objectives of the product or service.
7. Document non-functional requirements across different solutions.
8. Ensure the selection of appropriate technical solutions and products.
9. Verify that chosen solutions meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
10. Ensure that the technical transition approach aligns with business needs.
11. Document the technology landscape, interfaces, and data flow.
12. Support solution ownership within the operational model.
13. Ensure project delivery adheres to architectural strategies and policies.
14. Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for adopting new features.
15. Manage technical risks associated with any project, product, or service.
16. Ensure compliance with architectural strategies and policies.
17. Oversee the line management, hiring, and development of Solutions Architects and provide administrative support.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of line management experience (managing 3-5 team members).
- 2+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles with significant exposure to architecture documentation standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a track record of building software solutions.

Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are advantageous.
- Experience in designing and/or developing financial systems.
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools.
- Proven ability to work with multiple external stakeholders.
- IT software-related qualifications and systems analysis expertise.
