Your Opportunity:

Cera Care is recruiting a part-time Female Care Assistant to support our clients in Guildford, Bramley, Farnham, Camberley, and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing essential support and companionship in their own homes.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also provide emotional support and reassurance, helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

We are looking for an individual who is kind, patient, and understanding, with excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Preparing hot meals and snacks for clients
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:
- A driving license and access to a vehicle for work
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with clients

Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Enhanced bank holiday rate of £17.16 (£22.88 Christmas & New Year)
- Holiday pay and pension scheme
- Free DBS/PVG check, company mobile phone, and uniform provided
- Paid mileage between visits
