We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Care Specialist to join our team at Nurse Seekers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in a purpose-built private Day Nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and document children's learning and development
- Work closely with the management and staff team to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Adhere to the nursery's safeguarding policy at all times
- Plan and implement learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
- Develop enabling environments that meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships with children and families
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience working in a nursery environment
- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS
