Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Support Role for a SEN Pupil to join our team at Winner Education.
About the Role- Location: Burton upon Trent
- Hours: 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday
This opportunity involves providing individualized support to a Year 2 child in need of extra assistance until the end of the academic year.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- To provide individualized support to the pupil in need of extra assistance
- To work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attainment
- To contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- A proven track record of supporting students with special educational needs is highly desirable
