About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in a nursing home setting. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with daily living activities, including personal care and medication
- Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience
- Participate in activities and social events to promote engagement and well-being
- Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, promoting dignity and independence
Requirements:
- A qualification in Health and Social Care, ideally NVQ level 2 or 3
- Experience in care work, preferably in a nursing home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
