Apprentice Care Worker

We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Care Worker to join our team at The Cotswold Home in Bradwell Village. As an apprentice, you will be studying towards your Level 2 Apprenticeship while gaining valuable experience in providing care and support to residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals, including nurses, doctors, and social workers, to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,800 per annum, which reflects the importance we place on our staff's contributions to the organization. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, enabling you to excel in your career.
