We are seeking caring and supportive individuals to join our team as Compassionate Support Workers in the Lanark and Carluke area. As a Compassionate Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals living in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

No experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive training, including an SVQ. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care services that make a real difference in people's lives.

The Role

You will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily tasks such as medication management, personal care, and household chores. You will also help them maintain their independence and participate in activities that promote their well-being.

Requirements:

  • Female applicants who drive with access to their own vehicle
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
