As a Transport Planning Leader, you will play a key role in creating sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, optimizing the mobility of people and goods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning and delivering high-quality work in Transport Planning with a focus on New Mobility, achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Project managing and/or task leading the delivery of projects.
- SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPABILITY AND CAPACITY REQUIRED TO MEET MARKET NEEDS
- Working with the sector Solution Director to create the market for, bid for and win new work and repeat business.
- Being a market-facing lead for New Mobility solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in transport planning, geography, or similar) and experience leading or working within a relevant business function within a multinational engineering or professional services firm.
You should be experienced in the successful delivery and management of projects and teams, ideally in both the private and public sectors. We are seeking a motivated individual, confident at communicating and presenting to internal and external clients.
The successful individual should have a rounded skill set in transport planning work with a focus on New Mobility Solutions, together with experience in stakeholder engagement and report writing.
- Significant experience in transport planning and strategy development.
- Experience of working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven business and client development skills.
- Able to produce quality written documents, whether proposals or reports.
As a Transport Planning Leader at Arcadis, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
