About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design and development of electrical power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement electrical design solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical design solutions align with overall project objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and test procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in electrical design and engineering, with a strong background in power systems.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of electrical design principles, including power systems modeling, generators, switchgear, and protection.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
