Job Title: Property Estates Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Estates Manager to join our team at The Oyster Partnership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and work in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in property management, with a focus on estates maintenance, security, and health & safety. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of 9 members, and ensuring that our campus is safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

A key part of this role will be working closely with the Estates Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining and improving our facilities. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including free lunch on site, a generous pension scheme, training for further qualifications, and up to 50% discount on fees for children at GDST Schools.
