About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Manager to lead our sales operation and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and promoting our properties to reach the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends in the real estate market and analyze competitors.
  • Marketing: Promote our properties using various sales plans and strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Explore new opportunities such as onboarding agents and acquiring properties for sale, rent, or let.
  • Lead Generation: Plan and generate cost-effective sales leads through cold calling, email/SMS marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and driving business success.
  • Negotiations: Maintain strong negotiations to close deals that benefit both customers and the company.
  • Reporting: Provide clear insights to management that draw meaningful conclusions.

About You:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. A deep understanding of the property market in London and surrounding areas is advantageous. Candidates should bring a wealth of experience in property sales as a sales manager, sales negotiator, estate agent, and a proven track record of success in similar roles. Strong leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, plus benefits that include a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, ensuring the company's portfolio continues to expand.
