Senior Account Lead

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join their Adults Locality Team in Surrey. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £73,583 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risk and ensure safeguarding issues are addressed, contributing to the corporate risk management framework.
  • Evaluate existing service provision, incorporating feedback and external developments, to propose innovative solutions for improved service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive change and embed new ways of working to deliver high-quality service and value for money.
  • Develop and implement operational and service plans, policies, and long-term initiatives, and play a key role in developing and implementing new operational systems.
  • Assist in producing service plans, including setting, monitoring, and evaluating service targets.
  • May have indirect influence on significant commissioning budgets.
  • Work with various agencies and partners to develop services aligned with government policies and promote initiatives.
  • Manage service delivery teams and units, ensuring all cases, including complex and high-risk ones, are progressed in line with quality, national, and legislative standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop individuals using a coaching approach to better meet current and future requirements.
