Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Team Member Reception to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Departure: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, maintaining accurate records and providing helpful information as needed.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, as well as the safety and security of the property.
Additional Requirements
  • Hours of Operation: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 nights per week, 22:30pm - 07:00am.
  • Salary and Benefits: To be confirmed.
  • Flexibility: Monday - Sunday, Night shifts.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Ability to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid.
