Freelance HGV Class 2 Driver Position

CV Library is seeking an experienced Freelance HGV Class 2 Driver to join our fleet. Based in Aylesbury, this role offers a great work-life balance with regular hours and overtime opportunities.
The successful candidate will be contracted to 42.5 hours per week, plus overtime, averaging an additional 10 hours per week, resulting in a weekly wage of £630-£680 based on experience and time served as a Class 2 driver. The role primarily involves driving in London and the South/South East regions, ideal for someone familiar with the area.
With regular salary reviews after a probation period and training courses, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and increase your earnings. You'll also receive 22 days of holiday + bank holidays and a 4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme.
To succeed in this role, you must hold a clean, current HGV driving license, a digital tachograph card, and a completed driver's CPC. Possessing a driving licence category C+E is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly when navigating busy construction sites. Good numeracy and literacy skills are also required for updating important documents.
