About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop new business relationships with regional housebuilders and developers in Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, and Dorset. As a natural business networker and effective brand ambassador, you will represent the Company at client meetings and present the Paula Rosa Manhattan solution using a consultative approach.

You will be responsible for building a business development plan, generating and maintaining a sales order pipeline, and providing monthly forecasts. Delivering accurate and timely planning, reporting, forecasting, and administration will ensure that the status of sales is visible to the wider organisation via Salesforce software.

This role requires:

  • Demonstrable experience in opening new regional and volume accounts within the Construction sector.
  • Experience of complex tender and contract processes.
  • Well networked with a proven track record of partnership relationship development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales.
