We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at The Recruitment Co.

This is a permanent and full-time position that will involve dealing with customer queries over the phone from customers in Spain.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, taking and placing orders, updating internal systems, and dealing with any general account queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls from customers in Spain

  • Prioritizing workflow tasks and processing orders

Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish essential
  • Fluent in English essential

  • Good problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
