Customer Experience Team Leader

Signature Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Team Leader to join one of our clients in South Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management of the team, including appraisals, rota planning, training, and development
  • Oversee daily operations of the reception area, including scheduling and client communications
  • Monitor the service provided to ensure SLAs are met
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of managing a team, offering strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to show empathy in communication
  • Liaise between clients, staff, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations
  • Able to work at pace and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
