About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Sofology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive store environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

- Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
